Release Notes

* Fixed a regression where compiling a Configuration to MOF cleared the engine DSC caches underneath DSCParser, after which Get-DscResourceV2 returned no resources and ConvertTo-DSCObject failed. The keyword registry now detects the wipe and re-imports automatically.
