Release Notes
* The `Node` task has been deprecated. It's functionality has been broken up into individual smaller tasks, `NpmInstall`, `NpmRunScript`, `NspCheck`, and `NodeLicenseChecker`.
* Created an `NpmInstall` task for installing node modules defined in a `package.json` file `dependencies` and `devDependencies` properties.
* Created an `NpmRunScript` task for running NPM scripts defined in a `package.json` file.
* Created an `NspCheck` task for running the Node Security Platform module against the list of dependencies in a `package.json` file to check for any known security vulnerabilities.
* Created a `NodeLicenseChecker` task for generating a license report for all the dependencies listed in a `package.json` file.
* Added `OnlyDuring` and `ExceptDuring` global task properties for controlling which run modes tasks can run in.
* The `Delete` task now supports the `Clean` run mode and will execute normally when a `Clean` build is run.
* Added `SetVariable` task for setting variables.
